Every two years, Arrowmen from across the country gather at a major university for the National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC). NOAC is Scouting’s second-largest national program event, second only to the National Scout Jamboree. NOAC draws over 7000 Arrowmen, traveling from as far away as Europe and Asia for five days of training, fun, and fellowship.

NOAC has many different aspects and it is impossible to do everything. Each year, events are added and changed so you can go to NOAC every time and do new things each time. The main events at NOAC include training, ceremonies evaluation, American Indian events, great shows, activities, competitions and a Founder’s Day.

NOAC has something for everyone of all backgrounds and ages. Information is just being released by the OA National Committee and as further information becomes available, it will be released on the lodge website (www.woacholena.org).

Our NOAC Delegate fee is estimated at $675 and the lodge has implemented a payment plan. You will receive a NOAC Delegate Confirmation letter along with a payment booklet after your NOAC Registration and deposit are received at the Council Service Center.
